Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy 1. Please keep in mind that when you book a class, that spot has been reserved for you and no one else can schedule. 2. Monthly membership clients adhere to a 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class will receive the session back. Cancellations made within the 12 hours of scheduled class will forfeit the session. 3. Non-members adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled class will receive the session back. 4.Late cancellations made within the 24 hours of scheduled class will forfeit the session. (You will still be charged for the class.) 5. No shows and absences will forfeit the session.
